Further to our recent post of May 3rd regarding the re-occupancy of your building, please be aware of additional updates, below.
As noted previously, over the past 12 months, interior construction and renovation of the A-L line has been taking place and we are pleased to report that management plans to begin moving residents back into their new apartments in mid-June, subject to government agency sign-off.
Our team has met with the relevant City housing agencies to establish a re-occupancy plan and schedule. During the month of May, our construction professionals will complete all interior work and we will schedule all inspections with City agencies that are required prior to move-in. We aim to have all of this completed within the next four (4) weeks.
In the interim, management would like to be in contact with all residents of the A-L line and begin conversations regarding their individual move-in schedules. Move-in dates will be staggered over a two-week period as set out below:
6th Floor: June 15th – June 17th from 8am-6pm
5th Floor: June 18th – June 20h from 8am-6pm
4th Floor: June 21st – June 23rd from 8am-6pm
3rd Floor: June 24 – June 26th from 8am-6pm
2nd Floor: June 27th– June 29th from 8am-6pm
1st Floor: June 30- July 1st from 8am-6pm
G Level: July 2nd
